Payments made during the ECED 2026 registration process are handled by ING Bank Śląski S.A. through the iMoje payment gateway.
ING Bank Śląski S.A. acts as the data controller for all personal data processed for the purpose of completing the payment transaction.

Personal data submitted during the ECED 2026 registration process will also be processed by the conference organisers for the purpose of organising and administering the conference, including registration management and communication with participants. Detailed information can be found here: GDPR
[1] Payment methods
Participants may pay the conference fee using the external payment system iMoje, operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A. (Poland).
The available payment method is online card payment.
[2] Fees
The conference fees are listed on the Registration page.
All amounts are provided in EUR.
No additional charges apply beyond the published conference fees.
[3] Data processed by the organisers
The organisers process only the data necessary for the registration and participation in the event, including: name, surname, affiliation, e-mail address, billing information and payment status.
[4] Voluntary provision of data
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to complete the registration and payment.
[5] Participant rights
Participants have the right to access, correct or request deletion of their personal data.
