ECED 2026 – Terms & Conditions
1. Organiser
The local organiser of the ECED 2026 / SEFI Conference is:

2. Description of the Service
The conference fee covers participation in the ECED 2026 / SEFI Conference, including access to conference sessions and materials as specified on the official conference website.
3. Registration Fees and Payment Method
- Participation in the ECED 2026 / SEFI Conference requires payment of the applicable registration fee as specified on the official conference website.
- All transactions related to conference registration shall be carried out exclusively via secure electronic payment links provided by the Organiser or its authorised payment service provider.
- Payments are processed through the iMoje payment gateway operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A.
- Within the registration form, the Participant will receive access to relevant payment link.
- Registration shall be considered effective and binding only upon successful completion of the payment through the provided payment link and confirmation of receipt of funds by the Organiser.
- The Organiser does not process or store full payment card details. Payment data are processed by the authorised payment service provider in accordance with applicable financial and data protection regulations.
4. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Conference fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
5. Complaint Procedure
- Any complaints relating to registration, payment processing, invoicing, or performance of services covered by these Terms & Conditions may be submitted by the Participant in writing.
- The complaint procedure applies to any entity that has made a payment including entrepreneurs making purchases for purposes related to their business activities, but which are not of a professional nature for the buyer.

44-100 Gliwice, Poland - A complaint should include at least:
- the Participant’s full name and contact details,
- a description of the issue,
- the date of occurrence,
- any relevant supporting documentation.
- Complaints should be submitted within 30 days from the date on which the Participant became aware of the circumstances giving rise to the complaint.
- The Organiser shall acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 7 calendar days and provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the complete complaint.
- The complaint procedure described above applies to all Participants, including individuals conducting business activity who conclude the agreement directly related to their business activity but where the agreement does not have a professional character resulting from the subject of their business activity.
- The complaint procedure does not exclude or limit any rights granted to Participants under applicable mandatory provisions of law.
6. Personal Data
Personal data are processed exclusively for the purposes of registration, communication with participants, payment processing, and financial settlement related to the conference.
