Introduction to the organiser and partners, participation rules, assessment criteria, practical arrangements and challenges.

11:15–13:00 Team Formation and Challenge Selection — SUT Library
Formation of 20 teams, challenge selection and initial problem analysis
13:00–14:00 Lunch Break — SUT Library
14:00–17:00 Team Work on Solutions — Student Creativity Centre (CAS)
Problem analysis, identification of users and their needs, exploration of alternatives, concept selection and feasibility assessment. Development of an implementation model and initial work on presentations. Mentor consultations available
18:00–20:00 Networking Session with Dinner — “Mrowisko” Student Culture Centre

Outline of the objectives for the next stage of work.
09:15–11:00 Team Work and Consultations
Further problem analysis, exploration of alternative solutions and consultations with mentors and experts. Assessment of concepts against user needs and practical applications.

Further analysis of the problem and possible solutions. Consultations with mentors and experts, and assessment of potential applications.
13:00–14:00 Lunch Break
14:00–17:00 Workshop on Presenting a pitch deck
Presentation structure, persuasive argumentation and effective presentation techniques. Practice sessions with recorded presentations.
17:00–17:30 Dinner in the Polish Christmas Tradition

Throughout the day: individual team consultations with experts.

Discussion of ideas with mentors, focusing on their potential implementation in industry.

A total of 20 teams will present across the three sessions to the judging panel, partners and participants. Each team has a maximum of 5 minutes to present, followed by a short question-and-answer session
