Travel Support for International Participants
STRATON Europa supports the participation of students and doctoral candidates from European universities by providing financial assistance to cover travel expenses to the event venue. Reimbursement is provided subject to applicable funding limits and upon submission of the required documents confirming the expenses incurred.
Accommodation for Participants
Participants travelling from outside the region will be offered accommodation in the student residence halls of the Silesian University of Technology. This arrangement facilitates participation in the entire four-day event, fosters integration within international teams, and enables participants to fully engage in working on the challenges, consulting with mentors, and exchanging experiences.
