The conference covers issues related to the design, analysis, construction,
and operation of lightweight structures in civil engineering and architecture,
in particular:

• shell and spatial structures,
• membrane, cable, and tensile structures,
• lightweight steel, timber, and composite structures,
• long-span roofs, halls, stadiums, and special structures,
• bridges, towers, masts, and other lightweight engineering structures,
• computational methods, numerical modelling, and structural optimization,
• sustainable, adaptive, and innovative structural systems.

LSCE 2026 is organized in Gliwice as part of the conference series associated
with the IASS Polish Chapters community. The event is organized with the involvement
of the Silesian University of Technology and the Polish Association of Building
Engineers and Technicians.
