Registration
Registration for LSCE 2026 conference participants is conducted via an electronic registration form.
The conference offers both on-site and online participation. Registration is required for both authors submitting a contribution and participants attending without a presentation.

Important Information
- the official language of the conference is English,
- scientific submissions are subject to a peer-review process,
- accepted abstracts will be published in the peer-reviewed Book of Abstracts with an ISBN number,
- detailed organizational information regarding payments will be provided to participants after confirmation of participation in the conference.
Participant registration constitutes acceptance of the conference regulations and the personal data processing rules applicable to LSCE 2026.

- 15 May 2026 – registration opens
- 30 September 2026 – abstract submission deadline
- 31 October 2026 – notification of acceptance
- 14 November 2026 – conference fee payment deadline
- 3 December 2026 – conference opening
Documents
Conference Fees and Payments
The conference fee depends on the form of participation and the participant category. Current information regarding conference fees is published on the conference website.
Payments will be processed after confirmation of participation in the conference. Participants will receive individual information including:
- the conference fee amount,
- a pro forma invoice containing payment details and the bank account number.
Payments should be made exclusively on the basis of the issued pro forma invoice. A VAT invoice will be issued after the payment has been received.
