Conference Topics
The conference covers topics related to lightweight structures in civil engineering and architecture, including in particular:
- spatial, lattice and shell structures,
- cable, membrane and pneumatic structures,
- long-span roofs and engineering structures,
- steel, timber, aluminium and composite structures,
- hybrid structures and adaptive systems,
- structural modelling, numerical analysis and optimization,
- digital design methods and construction technologies,
- structural diagnostics, monitoring and rehabilitation,
- sustainable design and material efficiency,
- innovative structural solutions in architecture and civil engineering.
The organizers also encourage submissions addressing related topics associated with the design, research and implementation of lightweight structures.
